Our client is a high profile specialist finance Bank with ambitious plans to grow its UK mid market revolving debt and cash flow based finance business. They seek to hire a Director/ Associate Director with a proven middle market track record and appetite for new business development.

This well regarded, pivotal team within the Bank is responsible for the origination and execution a blend of asset backed and cash flow related debt finance transactions.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

The origination of mid market debt finance opportunities. Deals typically are between £15-30 m, with a range generally between £5 -£100 m.
The execution and management of orientated transactions.
Significant contribution to the strategic development of the mid market debt finance portfolio.

Skills and Experience

Candidate profile:

To be successful in your application you must be able to demonstrate the following.

A proven track record in the UK mid market business development and execution.
A strong network within the UK mid market community gained through working in M&A, Advisory or Commercial Banking
Previous experience of cash flow and/or asset based lending markets is advantageous but not essential.
