We are seeking Analysts and Senior Analysts from Investment Banks for the in-house mergers & acquisitions department of our industrial client.

Our client is a high growth industrial company that is engaged in the development, production and marketing of new products. The business is expanding rapidly through a combination of organic growth and continuing acquisitions, and currently generates annual revenues of almost $10 billion.

Job Description

The group has an excellent talent development programme and, as a consequence, a number of positions are arising in the M&A department, as current members rotate into new positions after two to three years.

The department is particularly interesting because M&A Analysts / Senior Analysts support all elements of the transaction from end-to-end, including origination, evaluation, negotiation and co-ordinating all due diligence and legal paper work, working with project leaders.

Skills and Experience

We are seeking candidates who have a background of supporting M&A or BD transactions, preferably end-to-end. It is likely you will work in the M&A advisory team of an investment bank or strategy consultancy.

You will have an exceptional academic record and will be able to demonstrate possession of the communications skills to facilitate interaction at the highest level. You will be capable of influencing the broader business and possess the drive to project manage transactions to a successful conclusion. Fluency in English is essential.
