An excellent opportunity to join a leading European investment group as Group Head of Internal Audit.

Job Description

You will forge a strong working relationship with the Chief Risk Officer to provide an ongoing assessment of the Group's controls to ensure robust and effective risk management. You will be expected to ensure the control environment is compliant with best practice, law and regulation and to develop risk mitigation strategies with key stakeholders throughout the Group. Furthermore, you'll have the opportunity to deliver improvement to the Group's IT infrastructure and play a key role in scaling and assessing the control environment as the Group expands.

Skills and Experience

ACA, ACCA or CISA Qualification
Financial services Audit experience gained within a senior capacity within a practice firm or within the financial services industry
Deep understanding of audit procedures, including risk driven audit planning methodologies
Expertise in the UK Financial Services regulatory environment
