The team has invested in numerous projects with significant capital expenditure, globally. They cover a range of sectors including accommodation, education, health and transport.

Job Description

As part of the investment team, duties include:

Screening of early stage deals. Understanding and presenting the key risks, quantifying these risks in the form of a required equity return and building financial models to value potential acquisition targets;
Execution of deals. Assisting with writing and presenting investment papers, defining the scope of and managing the due diligence process (and independent advisors), structuring deals and negotiating terms with counterparties;
Country specific deal related research.

Skills and Experience

Candidates should have strong analytical and financial modelling skills, having worked for 2-3 years at a top tier investment bank.

Candidates with fluency in Spanish, French or German are of particular interest.
