Job Description

ISIS Equity Partners is seeking three experienced executives to work in new investment activity with roles available in London, Birmingham and Manchester. Candidates will ideally already have some Private Equity investment experience. Candidates with very relevant experience of Private Equity processes and investing, through related fields such as corporate finance or banking, will also be considered.

Skills and Experience

A successful record of investment in smaller or mid-market companies is essential, ideally with some evidence of deal origination. Successful candidates will have significant experience of Private Equity processes including exposure to decision making and influencing management teams, and will be able to evidence sound investment judgement. In addition to relevant UK transaction exposure, applicants must display a highly commercial outlook, strong intellect and excellent communication skills. You will display empathy with entrepreneurs and growth businesses and have a proactive approach to your own development.
