Job Description

Responsibilities will include:

Research to support the identification of potential new business investments, including sector based research, competitor analysis and analysis of target investments.
All aspects of the acquisition process, with particular responsibility for financial analysis, modelling and due diligence.
Investment proposals for the investment committee.
Management of advisors and consultants.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have:

An excellent record of academic achievement.
Advanced knowledge of financial concepts and financial instruments.
Experience analysing financial statements and the ability to comment on cashflow statements versus P&L versus balance sheet.
Excellent knowledge of Excel & VBA including financial modelling experience.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
