Description
Reporting to the Head of Finance with strong exposure to other senior stakeholders, the SOX Senior Manager will take a lead role in driving group-wide Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. The role will involve managing a team of consultants based in the US, coordinating key aspects of the SOX lifecycle, including control design, testing, remediation and walkthroughs, and acting as a key liaison for global finance teams and external auditors. The position offers broad exposure and the opportunity to shape the control environment of a high-growth, international business.
Skills
The successful candidate for this SOX Senior Manager role will have a strong understanding of SOX gained either in-house or within a public practice advisory team. Prior experience supporting US-listed businesses is essential, and you’ll need to be comfortable working across time zones and managing stakeholders in different locations. A hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work at pace in a fast-changing environment will all be key to success.
