Description
A unique opportunity exists to join the CFO Office as Business Executive (Director). This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to work in close partnership with the Group CFO, acting as their “Right Hand” covering a wide-ranging brief, focusing on the key issues and projects the Company is looking at, at any given time. This position will spend time with the Finance Leadership Team, playing a pivotal role in shaping and supporting the strategic agenda of the business. Our client invests valuable time and resources into developing Business Executives via a world-class programme, which includes training and growth workshops, alongside mentoring and leading high-profile projects. It can be demonstrated that these roles provide a springboard (after c.18-24 months) into a leadership role within the company’s global operations and are considered a valuable way to introduce top talent into the Group.
Skills
This is a high-profile position, requiring exceptional organisational, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to operate at both a strategic and hands-on level. We are seeking a qualified accountant with prior experience working with senior executives in a complex, matrixed environment. Candidates will need to be comfortable working with remote Executives across different time zones. This opportunity will suit an individual who wants to be part of something new and enjoys a challenge, is flexible and can work independently or as part of a team. You will need a positive attitude to change and possess the ability to manage complex relationships and focus relentlessly on driving outcomes.
