Description
We’re now looking to recruit a first-class Head of FP&A, a strategic leader ready to drive the next phase of its financial evolution. You will lead the FP&A function, driving financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across the business. You will partner with the CFO and senior leadership team to support strategic decision-making and long-term growth initiatives and deliver insightful, data-driven reporting that translates financials into actionable recommendations. In addition, you will guide a high-performing FP&A team and champion a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement.
Skills
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with proven experience in senior FP&A roles, ideally in high-growth SaaS or FinTech environments. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at the C-suite level is essential, as is expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, and strategic planning. We are looking for a leadership style that blends hands-on execution with strategic foresight.
