The Finance Business Partner will support the CIO and wider team with strategic guidance and MI to ensure maximum value from existing technology and technology investments across the business. The role will take ownership of reshaping and transforming the existing functional reporting suite and driving greater visibility across the group’s technology platforms, both customer-facing and internal. The successful candidate will lead the annual and mid-year budgeting process, manage in-year reforecasting, and deliver timely, detailed monthly MI to support strategic decision-making. Working alongside senior stakeholders in IT, Procurement, M&A Integration and Corporate Development, this individual will play a key role in identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies, supporting acquisition budgets and post-deal integrations, and enhancing understanding of group-wide Technology investment.
