Description
Reporting to the Group CFO, the Group Treasurer will lead the Group’s global treasury strategy, ensuring effective liquidity management, funding, and financial risk control. The role oversees a team of four treasury professionals and works closely with Group Finance and senior stakeholders across the business.
Skills
We are seeking an experienced treasury leader with a proven track record in a complex, international environment, ideally within a FTSE100/250 or equivalent organisation. The successful candidate will demonstrate deep expertise across liquidity, funding, and risk management, alongside strong capital markets and stakeholder engagement experience. Experience in multi-site industries will be advantageous and a recognised treasury qualification (AMCT or MCT) is preferred.
Candidates should be commercially astute, strategically minded, and a confident communicator and will combine technical excellence with strong leadership and influencing skills. The role requires sound judgement, resilience, and a collaborative approach.
