Our client is a London-based corporate finance boutique advisory firm, which specialises in industrials deals and works across Europe. Due to natural growth they are looking to hire investment bankers with experience of renewables M&A.

We are partnering with a prestigious advisory firm with an outstanding track record in complex, cross-border M&A. Our client – a highly regarded business operating across the European industrials/energy space – is seeking to build out its London team across multiple levels as deal flow continues to accelerate.
For this Corporate Finance, Energy/Renewables Advisory role, you will join a high-performing platform known for deep industry insight, a collegiate culture, and consistent exposure to senior leadership and live transactions. This is a compelling opportunity for ambitious investment bankers or strategy consultants with relevant sector experience to join a highly-regarded and growing boutique.
Requirements
The successful candidate for this Corporate Finance, Energy/Renewables Advisory role will have several years experience working at a top-tier investment bank or strategy consulting firm in the broader industrials teams, advising on M&A and corporate finance deals, ideally with a pan-European angle. Strong quantitative, analytical, and modelling skills are required, as is an extensive knowledge of the sector. You will have an excellent academic profile and ideally also fluency in at least one European language other than English.
