Description
We are currently seeking a Corporate Development / M&A / Portfolio Manager to join the Head Office team, reporting to the Head of UK Portfolio. With responsibilities spanning research, investment screening and evaluation, financial due diligence (pre-deal), and portfolio performance (post-deal), this is a high-impact role offering direct exposure to Senior Group Executives, active engagement with portfolio company leadership, and broad involvement in the deal cycle.
Skills
Candidates for this Corporate Development / M&A / Portfolio Manager role will be qualified ACAs with extensive experience gained in corporate finance post-qualification, in either financial due diligence or M&A lead advisory roles. They should have strong financial analysis and modeling skills and excellent communication, project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
This is a highly visible role, offering the chance to work closely with senior decision makers in a fast-paced environment with end-to-end exposure across acquisition and value creation.
The company is based in West London, with ample car parking, gym and canteen on-site, and whilst offering reasonable flexibility when required, the business does currently operate with 5 days in the office.
