Our client, a global media business is looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join their team for an 8 months paternity cover. The role involves FP&A, stakeholder management and business partnering across teams. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with 3-5 years PQE, able to quickly jump into a dynamic hands-on role. Interviewing in the New Year, ideally starting late January 2026.
Description
The responsibilities of the FP&A Senior Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the consolidation and delivery of the financial and operating results.
- Set the budget and ensure stakeholders are well informed.
- Support the quarterly close process.
- Business partner across multiple entities.
- Manage 2 direct reports.
- Implement accurate and timely reporting.
- Lead monthly reviews of targets for the company’s development.
Skills
The skills of the FP&A Senior Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least 3-5 years’ post-qualified experience.
- Previous experience managing a team.
- Experience working in media is desirable.
- Excellent communication/stakeholder management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, evolving environment.
