Description
We are now seeking a finance business partner to Group functional leaders (IT, HR, Legal and Strategy), providing reporting, leading planning cycles and delivering forward-looking insight on costs, risks and opportunities. You will support investment, headcount and transformation business cases, challenging assumptions to enable informed decision-making at senior leadership and Executive Committee level.
As the finance business partner, you will own the Group overhead budget and rolling forecast, improving forecast accuracy, alignment with strategic priorities and financial targets, and supporting scenario modelling.
In addition, you will drive cost control and value optimisation by embedding strong governance, identifying efficiencies, tracking savings delivery, and developing clear KPIs and cost drivers. You will also deliver high-quality monthly reporting and dashboards, ensures transparency of spend versus plan, and supports ongoing improvements to processes, systems, data quality and automation across the finance operating model.
Skills
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong experience in Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance within a complex, international environment
Exposure to tools such as OneStream or Power BI, as well as automation or finance transformation, multi-country or matrix environments, and sector knowledge in hospitality, F&B, FMCG or retail are all desirable.
You will bring a structured approach, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, and will have a digital-first mindset, with experience improving processes, reporting and data quality, and turning financial data into clear, actionable insight for senior stakeholders. Strong analytical and modelling skills, along with deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost centre management, cost drivers and KPIs, are essential.
Experience of supporting business cases, headcount and investment decisions, coupled with the ability to partner senior functional leaders with credibility and constructive challenge is also key.
