Guy is Joint Chief Executive of Walker Hamill. He joined the firm in 1993 and focuses on private equity, corporate finance and accountancy roles. He was initially Head of Banking & Financial Services and became Joint Chief Executive in 2000, co-leading the management team which successfully steered Walker Hamill through two management buyouts, in 2002 and 2005. Guy's key focus is private equity, where he works with all types of buyout funds, fund of funds, secondaries funds, venture funds, family offices and endowments. Besides providing recruitment services, he also assists clients with their team structure, annual remuneration reviews and bespoke referencing. He sits on the advisory board of IPEC (INSEAD) and is a graduate of Loughborough University.
