Wealth Management
Our growing and global financial services client is looking to expand back into the UK market via a wealth manager acquisition, and is looking for someone to assist the post-transaction process. The successful candidate will be a qualified professional with wealth management experience and happy to hit the ground running. This is an initial 6-month assignment with potential to extend.
Description
The responsibilities of the Temporary Deal include, but are not limited to:
- Generate reporting to facilitate transaction.
- Prepare management reporting to facilitate transaction.
- Prepare and run the financial modelling and deal support.
Skills
The skills of the include, but are not limited to:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Previous wealth management industry experience ideally.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
- Strong financial modelling skills and proven experience with due diligence processes.
