We are currently recruiting for a highly profitable, multi-site Restaurant chain based in central London. The business continues to perform well despite the obvious challenges of the last couple of years and is now in a good position to continue its expansion across the UK.


We are now seeking an exceptional individual to support the Finance Director and manage the running of a robust finance department that not only delivers strong financial information but is also viewed by the company as a true business support function, offering genuine partnering to the business.

The role will require you to manage and develop a small team and be responsible for timely, robust and accurate delivery of internal and external reporting as well as maintaining and evolving a strong control environment to cope with an ever changing business.

You will oversee the preparation of the monthly management accounts ensuring timely, accurate delivery of results and also prepare the group Board pack, including providing insightful analysis of the results. You will have responsibility for ensuring accurate delivery of key management reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and be the key point of contact for questions from the individual outlets. In addition to your day to day responsibilities, you will provide ad-hoc support on projects for the Finance Director and senior management team and will business partner with budget holders to help them set targets and monitor performance.


The successful candidate should be a graduate qualified accountant with intellectual curiosity and significant commercial experience. A very sound working knowledge of UK accounting standards would be ideal as would experience of working in a multi-site business, preferably hospitality, although this is not essential. You will ideally already be working in industry, but we will consider candidates straight from public practice who have a significant multi-site client base. You will need excellent communication skills both verbal and written and possess a real "can do, can change” approach.
