Description
Due to continued growth and change, we are now seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to add to the FP&A function. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence strategic and operational decision-making at scale.
The role will act as a trusted advisor to senior operational and commercial stakeholders, providing clear financial insight, robust challenge, and forward-looking analysis to drive performance and value creation. You will play a vital role in shaping and challenging the strategic direction of specific business areas, owning budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes in line with the wider business strategy.
Skills
Responsibilities will include delivering high-quality financial analysis, dashboards, and narratives to support decision-making, alongside monitoring key performance indicators and highlighting risks and opportunities. In addition, you will have responsibility to drive cost control, productivity and efficiency initiatives across operations, support the development and evaluation of business cases and investment opportunities, and deliver financial modelling and scenario analysis for strategic projects. There is a strong focus on continuous improvement, with the individual contributing to the enhancement of reporting, processes, and systems across the finance function.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified graduate accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a strong track record in commercial finance or finance business partnering roles. You will possess a combination of strong analytical and financial modelling capability with excellent stakeholder management skills, and will be confident in influencing and constructively challenging senior non-finance leaders. Highly organised, proactive and adaptable, this individual will be comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional looking to step into a visible, value-adding role with genuine strategic impact.
