A leading pan-European mid-market Private Equity firm with a strong healthcare focus is hiring Investment Associates and Senior Associates in London as it continues deploying capital from its current fund.
Description
We are working with a well-established Private Equity investor focused on mid-market opportunities across Europe. The firm has built a strong reputation in the healthcare sector, with a long track record of backing businesses that benefit from structural growth trends and executing successful buy and build strategies. As they continue to deploy capital from their current fund, the team is looking to hire Investment Associates / Senior Associate to join their London office.
This is a lean, entrepreneurial team where individuals are given meaningful responsibility from day one. The role offers full involvement across the investment process, including sourcing, execution, and portfolio value creation. The team works closely with management and plays an active role in shaping the strategy and performance of its investments.
Skills
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Private Equity or a direct investing environment. A genuine interest in the core sector is preferred, alongside strong analytical capabilities, cultural adaptability, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Fluency in one or more European languages is a plus.
