Partner – Growth Capital

Growth Capital Investor

Ref: DC49907

Central London
Appropriate package + significant carry allocation

Our client is a highly successful and established Growth Capital investor that has recently completed fund raising on a new fund and is seeking an experienced Partner to join the team.

Applicants should have a strong track record as a highly experienced investor, deal-maker and Chairman of smaller growth companies. You should feel comfortable working with entrepreneurial management teams, providing strategic and supportive advice in helping achieve ambitious, but realistic growth plans. This may include the provision of additional M&A capability in support of buy and build strategies. Genuine operational experience would be highly complementary to the team skill set.

With all hires at this level, team fit will be essential and the current Partners enjoy an excellent working relationship. They offer a mature and flexible working environment and seek a commercial, hard- working, self-effacing, down to earth colleague with good commercial judgement.

This is a rare opportunity to join a well-funded and highly successful Growth Capital investor at a senior Partner level.
