This has translated into exceptional top and bottom line performance, with increasing focus placed on Sales & Marketing execution. A unique opportunity exists for a finance, strategy or investment banking professional to work alongside a Main Board Director, as a Senior Business Executive, focusing primarily on further improvements in Sales performance. The appointment will be at Director Level and the successful individual will act as the President’s “Right Hand” with a wide ranging brief in focusing on the key issues and projects the Company is looking at, at any given time. This particular role will specifically focus on Sales and Marketing improvements and helping drive sales growth.
Our client invests valuable time and resources into developing Business Executives, via a world class programme, which includes training and growth workshops, alongside mentoring and leading high profile projects. It can be demonstrated that these roles provide a springboard (after c.18-24 months) into a leadership role within the company’s global operations and are considered a valuable way to introduce top talent into the Group.
The successful candidate will be a bright, engaging and driven strategy consultant, ACA or MBA who is keen to join a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Candidates will ideally have experience gained working in a sales driven technology company, in a commercial role or as an advisor. The opportunity will suit an individual that wants to be part of something new and enjoys a challenge, is flexible, tenacious and can work independently or as part of a team. You will need a positive attitude to change and possess the ability to manage complex relationships and focus relentlessly on driving outcomes, without relying overly on the status of your managers to get things done.
