With a 10% market share globally, our client is one of the leaders in their field. With a highly successful buy and build strategy and an expectation of a significant fund raise in the short term, the business is growing profitably and has an exciting few years ahead as it helps to further consolidate the sector.

Description

As a direct result of this, the company is looking to hire a Head of Tax in what will be a stand-alone role, working closely with the CFO and other members of the Board and the company’s advisors.

Skills

The successful candidate for this Head of Tax role should be a qualified accountant or tax professional with significant corporation tax experience (international), line management experience and strong advisory credentials. They should have in depth of experience and knowledge gained working in an International Tax team and may still be working within a professional services firm at Director level or have successfully already made the move in industry. Possessing both strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you should feel comfortable operating at a high level in a strategic capacity advising the Board on all international tax matters, be highly motivated and able to work towards tight deadlines on multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
