Description
We are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Director of FP&A to support its largest business unit. This is a highly visible leadership role that will play a critical part in shaping financial strategy, providing commercial insight and driving performance across a fast-growing and data-rich organisation. The position will partner closely with business unit leadership and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial planning, analysis and decision support within a dynamic international environment.
The Senior Director of FP&A will lead all financial planning processes for the business unit, including the annual budget, rolling forecasts and long-range planning. Acting as a strategic finance partner to the business, the role will provide proactive insight to senior leadership on key trends, risks and opportunities that influence growth and profitability. The successful candidate will play an important role in evaluating strategic initiatives and investment decisions, ensuring robust financial analysis supports business planning and resource allocation.
Skills
The successful candidate for this Senior Director of FP&A role is likely to be a qualified accountant, bringing significant progressive experience within FP&A, corporate finance and strategic finance roles, ideally within international and fast-paced environments. A strong track record of partnering with senior executives and influencing decision-making is essential, alongside advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities and experience with financial planning tools. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills, enabling them to translate complex financial data into clear insights that support strategic decision-making. A hands-on approach, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving and evolving organisation will be key to success in this role.
