Our client is a highly successful Private Equity investor into UK-centric, founder-owned businesses in the Business Services, Technology, Healthcare, Education and Financial Services sectors.
Having successfully raised larger funds with each fund raise and with a track record that places them within the top decile, they are looking to add talented Private Equity professionals to support and contribute to their continued growth.
This is an opportunity to join an ambitious investment team and be involved in all aspects of the deal cycle; with no segregated portfolio team, the investment professionals work closely with management teams to create value.
These positions will be responsible for working collaboratively within a small deal team to source and execute deals in the UK lower mid-market, with a focus on growth opportunities.
Candidates must be experienced private equity investment professionals, ideally having focussed on the UK (lower) mid-market. In all cases, candidates must display a high level of performance and commercial understanding, and demonstrate a strong interest in working for an investor which focuses on operational improvement. They will demonstrate an entrepreneurial character, be highly driven and have an ability to build and maintain a network. This is an excellent opportunity to build upon an investment career within one of London's most exciting PE firms, at a key point in its evolution.
