Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Regional FP&A, this role will act as a strategic Finance Business Partner across multiple European sites, supporting Country MDs and operational leadership teams in driving performance, efficiency, and financial excellence. The FP&A Manager will play a key role in the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring robust forecasting, budgeting, and strategic insight that underpins commercial decision-making and long-term value creation.
This is a highly visible role that requires strong collaboration across Finance, Operations, Commercial and Delivery teams, both at site and Group level. The successful candidate will lead the development of forecasts and business plans, monitor capital expenditure, and deliver actionable financial analysis to support operational performance and investment decisions. You will be responsible for translating financial data into meaningful insight, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring alignment between execution at a country level and Group financial objectives.
In addition, the FP&A Manager, Europe will play a key part in supporting strategic initiatives such as site redevelopment, new investments, and joint ventures. Working closely with project and commercial teams, the role will ensure financial governance, capital efficiency and optimal returns from major initiatives. This position also offers the opportunity to influence cultural and process evolution across the regional finance function, fostering best practice and driving continuous improvement in financial planning and reporting standards.
Skills
Candidates for this FP&A Manager, Europe role, will be qualified accountants with proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering roles within complex, capital-intensive or service-led organisations. Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies are essential, as is a proactive and solutions-oriented approach. Experience in multi-site or international environments, and exposure to private equity-backed or fast-evolving businesses, will be advantageous.
