Our client, a global fund administrator is looking for an experienced Investment Operations Analyst to join one of their clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate prior experience within a busy investment operations team, assisting with processes, tracking capital, managing fund transactions and stakeholder management.
Description
- Supporting on services for stakeholders throughout the business.
- Assisting Investment Operations team with full product life cycle, transactions and capital market pipelines.
- Tracking communications, capital, updates and information; sharing internally and with stakeholders.
- Strict document management.
- Streamlining data capture and processes via clients platforms.
- Assisting with transaction structuring and funding logistics.
Skills
- Similar experience in a fund administrator.
- 3-8 years’ work experience in private markets or capital markets operations.
- Ability to thrive and adapt to ever changing working dynamics.
- Proactive and highly organised, with a detail oriented mind.
- Ability to work efficiently and thoroughly, providing outstanding communication at all times.
- Strong communicator.
