Our client is a pan-European technology investor, based in London, who specialises in growth-stage investments. The firm partner with talented entrepreneurs and management teams to transform rapidly growing companies into industry leaders. The team bring deep expertise in the technology sector, which they use to identify and enhance portfolio companies. The associate position will join a small investment team based in London working on an international basis.


Associates are involved across all aspects of the investment cycle, working directly with senior team members to assist in:

  • Research and evaluation of investment opportunities.
  • Deal structuring and negotiation.
  • Deal execution.
  • Portfolio monitoring and management.


Candidates should ideally have 1-3 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions or have experience in a top-tier Management Consulting firm. Technology sector experience is advantageous but not essential (although one should have a considered interest in the sector).
