My client is an impressive mid-market Private Equity fund that has a well established and high calibre team that have worked together for many years in the industry.

Description

The firm is experiencing a period of high growth off the back of an extremely well capitalised recent fundraise and are subsquently looking to add a newly qualified accountant to the finance team.

The role is very commercial and the appointee will join an experienced CFO in a fund accounting covering reporting, investor relations, portfolio monitoring, waterfall calculations and valuations.

Skills

The ideal candidate will be a qualified ACA / ACCA accountant with no more than 2 years post qualified experience in practice. Experience in the audit of private equity / venture capital firms is desirable but those with experience of corporates audit will be considered.
