An opportunity has arisen with a long-standing international private equity firm headquartered in London and with offices across the US and continental Europe. The firm has a strong and consistent investment track record, focusing on six sectors; business services, consumer, financial services, healthcare, industrials, and TMT. Having recently raised their latest fund, they are looking to hire into their transaction services team which supports the work of the UK based investment team and facilitates the holding company structures set up to manage the investment portfolio. This is a unique opportunity for a newly qualified accountant, looking for a first move in-house, to be part of a leading organisation in a broad and wide-ranging role with exposure to the deal process while gaining experience across fundamental management accounting and tax tasks.
