Description

The roles and responsibilities of the Group Reporting Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
  • Undertaking financial reporting to shareholders using the software Hyperion.
  • Performing financial analysis to assist with the monthly internal reporting to the CEO/CFO and prepare regular flash reporting for senior executive management.
  • Assisting with preparing the annual and half-year reports, annual budgeting, and the re-forecasting process.
  • Preparing monthly reporting and annual statutory financial statements for Head Office entities.
  • Undertaking ad-hoc duties such as the FDD on smaller acquisitions and implement software such as IFRS 16.

Skills

The skills required for the Group Reporting Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • ACA (or equivalent) qualified with strong technical accounting skills, IFRS knowledge and complex multi-currency consolidations.
  • Understanding of UK corporate tax regime and tax accounting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop working relationships.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability prioritise and deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Comfortable using IT applications i.e., strong Excel skills.
