Description
As an Investment Associate you will gain experience in all aspects of the investment process, including:
- Research into sectors and sub-sectors and origination of potential investment ideas
- Deal execution, including any bolt-on aquisitions
- Working with management teams to implement strategic ambitions
- Divesting investments
The firm invests in a broad range of industry sectors, including healthcare, manufacturing, services and software. You will work with experienced professionals in a close knit and collaborative team and will be given an opportunity to build your Private Equity career with one of the best-in-class firms.
Skills
Candidates for this Investment Associate role should have a strong academic profile, including a degree from a leading university. You are likely to have trained in one of the leading professional services firms and could be ACA qualified, or have gained M&A deal experience at a leading investment bank or independent advisor. An entrepreneurial, team orientated mind set is a necessary quality, as is the drive and ambition to succeed in a highly sought after sector.
