Our client is a UK based, market leading technology group operating globally in over 20 countries. The business has gone from strength to strength in recent years, led by a dynamic, high quality management team and huge advances have been made in transforming its products and business model. This has translated into exceptional top and bottom line performance and the company is well-positioned for further global market expansion.


A unique opportunity exists for a strategy or management consultant to work alongside an Executive Vice President (EVP), as a Business Executive. This will be a high profile and influential appointment and the successful individual will act as the EVP’s “Right Hand” with a wide ranging brief in focusing on the key issues and projects the Company is looking at, at any given time. This will include involvement at all key meetings, ensuring delivery on action points, deputising for the EVP where necessary and acting as a liaison point between the Functional Leader and the business. The ability to identify issues and problems quickly and problem-solve a solution, action and follow through to delivery is key.

Our client invests valuable time and resources into developing Business Executives, via a world class programme, which includes training and growth workshops, alongside mentoring and leading high profile projects. It can be demonstrated that these roles provide a springboard (after c.18-24 months) into a leadership role within the company’s global operations and are considered a valuable way to introduce top talent into the Group.


The successful candidate will be a bright, engaging and driven strategy or management consultant, who may also possess an MBA and who is keen to join a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.  Candidates will ideally have gained experience working in a Big 4 or similar high quality management consultancy. Applications are also invited from fast track graduates who have experience working in a sales driven technology company, in a commercial role or as an advisor. The opportunity will suit an individual that wants to be part of something new and enjoys a challenge, is flexible, tenacious and can work independently or as part of a team. You will need a positive attitude to change and possess the ability to manage complex relationships and focus relentlessly on driving outcomes, without relying overly on the status of your managers to get things done.
