We are looking for a Team Administrator to join the Temporary and Contract team working across a variety of tasks and would suit an organised individual with excellent attention to detail.
Ensure all candidates meet compliance requirements at offer stage.
Follow up on any outstanding compliance for placed candidates.
Escalate any compliance issues to the relevant consultant as required.
Process returned references and qualification checks and follow up on discrepancies.
Track registered candidates, constantly updating spreadsheet to remain in contact.
Contact and update candidate profiles with their search requirements and CVs.
Update and issue multiple reports on a weekly basis and KPIs on a monthly basis for senior management.
Liaise weekly with the payroll team regarding new starters / finishers.
Carry out yearly audit for banking client.
Reference candidates following specific guidelines provided by end client.
Issue contract paperwork for all new temporary workers.
- Excellent attention to detail is paramount
- Previous administrative experience in a working environment is essential
- Proven organisational skills
- Methodical approach essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Must be able to prioritise workload throughout the day, particularly during busy periods
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Experience with Excel and Word essential
