The experienced management team can already demonstrate proven success and is well positioned to further develop both existing and new brands on a global basis, by driving organic growth as well as making further acquisitions.

Description

To support this growth, we are currently seeking an ambitious Financial Controller to join the Head Office team, reporting to the CFO. Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial analysis including any specific financial or business analysis as required by the management, including the impact of new acquisitions.
  • Financial projects as required by the management, including contributions to financing, capital markets or M&A transactions.

Skills

We are looking for a finance professional with proven experience in consumer sectors and an interest in the Beauty/Cosmetics segment.

Candidates must have a strong foundation in technical finance and will ideally blend experience working in both Blue Chip and smaller entrepreneurial business environments. The ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is essential, as is the motivation to work independently and with limited supervision, to drive outcomes that have a significant impact on the business. The successful candidate should be looking for a broad and varied finance role, with the opportunity for fast-track career development by being surrounded by a best-in-class management team.
