Our client, a highly acquisitive global PE-backed group is looking for an Interim Group Finance Manager for a maternity cover. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience undertaking Group consolidations and management accounts.
Description
The duties and responsibilities for this Interim Group Finance Manager role include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare the monthly consolidated Group accounts.
- Prepare and review consolidations for group management and statutory accounts.
- Assist the CFO/FM in preparing answers to data questions from investors and lenders.
- Assist the CFO/FD/FM with the M&A process and new projects.
- Assist with other ad-hoc commercial tasks.
- Prepare cash forecasting reports.
- Assist with tax return requirements, payroll and quarterly VAT returns.
- Assist with cash management and treasury across the Group.
Skills
The skills and experience required for this Interim Group Finance Manager role include, but are not limited to:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least 3 years PQE.
- Previous Group experience in a large organisation, turnover of £400m+.
- Exposure to multicurrency consolidations of 20+ entities.
- Experience with OneStream or other consolidation is essential.
- A quick learner with demonstrable initiative.
