Our client is a global operator with almost 50,000 employees across 38 countries. They are seeking an Interim Finance Business Partner to work closely with the Group's functional leaders (IT, HR, Legal and Strategy), providing reporting and delivering forward-looking insight on costs, risks and opportunities. This is an initial 6-months FTC with potential to extend/go permanent. Immediate start.
Description
The duties and responsibilities for this Interim Finance Business Partner role include, but are not limited to:
- Support investment, headcount and transformation business cases, challenging assumptions to enable informed decision-making at senior leadership and Executive Committee level.
- Provide reporting, lead planning cycles and deliver forward-looking insight on costs, risks and opportunities.
- Own the working capital toolkit and report benefits at a Group level, working closely with FP&A.
- Drive budgeting/forecasting and support scenario modelling.
- Own the working capital centre of excellence and drive cost control.
Skills
The skills and experience required for this Interim Finance Business Partner role include, but are not limited to:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Previous Group experience in a large organisation, turnover of £400m+.
- Experience in Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance within a complex, international environment.
- Strong automation or finance transformation skills.
- Commercial and cost excellence mindset.
- Ability to partner with senior functional leaders.
