Our client is a highly respected and well-established player in the global private markets space with ambitious fund-raising plans and a strong track record of success. To support their continued growth and aid with their capital raising efforts, they are looking to expand their Investor Relations team in London with the addition of a (Senior) Vice President.
Description
This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of the fundraising process, gaining valuable exposure to capital raising, strategic analysis, and investor services. The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of the firm’s portfolio and performance, whilst also play a key role in preparing a wide range of investor materials.
Responsibilities will include supporting due diligence processes, coordinating the planning and preparation of key investor events such as the AGM and LPAC meetings, and ensuring timely internal decision-making by working closely with senior stakeholders, including members of the C-suite.
Skills
The successful candidate will have a minimum of six years of relevant experience, likely gained within an Investor Relations function at another PE firm, at a placement agent, or in a private funds team (or equivalent) at an investment bank.
We are seeking candidates with strong project management and analytical skills and a deep understanding of the private equity business model and fundraising process. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working under pressure.
