Description
Key responsibilities for this Fund Controller role will include:
- Provide guidance and direction to fund accounting team staff
- Leading, motivating and managing the team
- Contribute to global technology initiatives and automation to help the firm continue to institutionalize processes
- Review and approve output of the administrators (Fund NAV, partner capital statements, quarterly financial statements etc)
- Compile, analyse and prepare Funds financial data and operating metrics
- Supporting the Investor Relations team on investor reporting, due diligence, fund raising, and ongoing requests
- Monitor and manage the fund’s liquidity
- Review and complete complex management fee and carried interest waterfall calculations with the fund administrator
Skills
The successful candidate for this Fund Controller role will be a qualified accountant with several years’ experience. You will be a Fund Controller or experienced Fund Accountant in a private equity, real estate or infrastructure fund.
