Our client is a leading, global investment management group with over €10bn in Assets under management. It's a growing firm with an excellent track record, institutional investor base and market leader within its segment in Europe and North America. We are supporting the firm to help identify a Financial Accountant to join the Group Finance team.
Description
- Ensure a robust control environment through design, implementation and monitoring of controls.
- Responsible for supporting the preparation of entity-level and consolidated financial statements.
- Assisting with the preparation of group consolidations.
- Supporting the annual audit process.
- Preparing monthly and ad hoc financial reports and analysis for the Board to aid key decision making.
- Preparation of regulatory and other submissions including FCA reports.
- Balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
- Supporting the cash planning and forecasting.
- Participation in key finance change projects.
Skills
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience working in the finance team of a Financial Services business in London.
