Description
To support and facilitate growth, our client is seeking to add an Outsourced Finance Partnerships Manager to the Head Office team. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller and managing over 15 outsourcing providers this is a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the Group function. The Group has over 300 legal entities across Europe that rely on over 15 financial outsourcing firms, this role is responsible for the co-ordination of each outsourcing firm with Head Office to ensure efficiency, consistency, and accuracy. The co-ordination of these outsourcers will be achieved by defining clear processes, implementing service level agreements and key performance indicators, and facilitating cross functional workshops. You will be working closely with the Group Reporting, Group FP&A and Group Tax teams.
Skills
The successful Outsourced Finance Partnerships Manager will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong technical skills and at least three years post-qualified experience. Previous exposure to group reporting and consolidation, ideally in an international business, is essential, while experience operating with outsourced service provision or captive shared service centres is highly desirable. With over 300 legal entities in the group, a strong focus on co-ordination and efficiency is required. You will also need outstanding problem-solving and communication skills and will be energetic and highly motivated. Experience with Sage X3 would also be beneficial.
