Private Credit
Our client is a growing, international Private Credit firm. Following a successful period of expansion, they are now looking to hire an experienced IR professional into their Client Services team, based in London.
Description
The Client Services team is responsible for the coordination and project management of all external investor deliverables, ensuring high-quality and consistent output. In this role, you will have regular contact with current and prospective clients, while reporting to the Head of Client Services.
The successful candidate will have a high-profile role within the IR function. Core responsibilities will include managing workflows, such as RFPs and investor events; managing the firm’s core marketing materials; and supporting investor onboarding. You will ensure that the team’s outputs are of consistently high-quality, provide guidance and leadership for more junior members of staff, and engage with the firm’s technology platforms to drive efficiency in investor responses. The successful candidate will build strong internal relationships within the firm to generate the information required for regular communications with current and prospective clients.
Skills
You will need to have at least five years’ experience within the IR function of a financial services or investment firm, ideally with some exposure to private credit. Strong academics and excellent verbal and written communication skills are absolutely required. Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skills are prerequisites, as is excellent attention to detail.
