Our client, a leading technology platform, is looking for a Temporary Accounts Receivables Coordinator to join their London team for an initial period of 3 to 6 months. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar function, automating systems and enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic business. This role requires an immediate start.
Description
The responsibilities of the Temporary Accounts Receivables Coordinator role include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the full day-to-day accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections and bank reconciliations.
- Manage both internal and external relationships to ensure payments are timely and disputes are resolved.
- Devise and enforce credit policies.
- Monitor and follow up with overdue accounts and AR ageing reports.
- Assist with month end and ensure AR reporting is accurate.
- Engage in process improvement and support the implementation of automated AR tools.
Skills
The skills of the Temporary Accounts Receivables Coordinator role include but are not limited to:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, credit control or a similar finance operations role.
- Previous experience in a technology or SaaS environment (desirable).
- Prior experience with NetSuite (advantageous).
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Confident in collaborating with internal teams to improve billing and collections efficiency.
