Our Accountancy, Finance & Corporate Development – Commerce & Industry team has enjoyed a market leading position in financial recruitment since the 1980s, working with accountants, strategy consultants and investment bankers in facilitating careers from first moves into industry, to board level appointments.

With highly experienced consultants, sector specialists and an extensive team of researchers, we have a collaborative approach to client management across these business streams and believe that we are unique in providing a one-stop shop at salary levels from £50,000 to £250,000.

Headquartered in London and with additional offices in continental Europe, we manage permanent appointments, as well as interim, temporary and contract roles.

Whilst enjoying long-term relationships with a number of larger global businesses, we are particularly well placed to provide our full range of services to smaller growth and entrepreneur-led businesses, whether privately owned, private equity backed, or listed.

As a wider business, we work across various other financial disciplines including private equity, debt & structured finance and mergers & acquisitions. Our focus on finance, along with our deep industry and people knowledge, has led to recognition such as Recruitment Firm of the Year at the Real Business FDs’ Excellence Awards.
