Fund Controller

£90,000 - £120,000 plus bonus and package

Our client is a leading US investment firm, with a global presence and European head office in London. The firm has in excess ot $10bn AUM and a central finance team in London. It has an excellent track record, a blue chip investor base and is one of the success stories of the industry.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide guidance and direction to fund accounting team staff
  • Leading, motivating and managing the team
  • Contribute to global technology initiatives and automation to help the firm continue to institutionalize processes
  • Review and approve output of the administrators (Fund NAV, partner capital statements, quarterly financial statements etc)
  • Compile, analyse and prepare Funds financial data and operating metrics
  • Supporting the Investor Relations team on investor reporting, due diligence, fund raising, and ongoing requests
  • Monitor and manage the fund’s liquidity
  • Review and complete complex management fee and carried interest waterfall calculations with the fund administrator


The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with several years' experience. You will be a Fund Controller or experienced Fund Accountant in a private equity, real estate or infrastructure fund.
