Our client is an established and world-leading Private Equity investor with a strong track record spanning over four decades. Due to recent expansion and growth with their funds, the London based operations team are looking to add a talented individual to work closely with the Chief of Staff.
Description
As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with the internal operations team across a broad range of responsibilities including; relationship management, culture & engagement, managing external vendors as well as data analysis across all areas of the business. You will also get the opportunity to help and drive their philanthropic efforts. You will be part of a small yet collaborative team and you will have the opportunity to make an impact straight away on the firm’s business strategy.
Skills
Candidates are likely to have either a minimum of 3 years within an analytical role, ideally from a leading strategy consulting firm, or up to 6 years’ experience full-time including time spent in a strategy role within a corporate. Candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent project management and communication skills, as well as have strong commercial acumen and the ability to work very closely with internal and external stakeholders.
